Alpacka Rafts http://www.alpackaraft.com/ are ultra light white water ready inflatables, they are 4lbs and fold down to the size of a tent so you can carry them easily in a backpack or bicycle pannier.  They also inflate with no effort using a stuff sack as a pump, see video below.
